Ahh Monday Again...

The days are racing by me like a carousel in fast forward!  Where does the time go, I mean really!!  I am super excited about the next few weeks!  WE have some sweet friends moving right down the street from us!  I am exuberant, I really need a girl to talk to sometimes, I have Friends but the phone isn't the best way to communicate all the time.  I like that face time.  I wonder if Mondays will ever be like a Friday for me?  or better, a Saturday.  I love Saturdays the best, you don't have to do anything you don't want.  You need to wash clothes, mop/vacuum floors, clean out the fridge, all the mundane tasks that nobody wants to do, but must on occasion and poor Saturday is usually the day for that junk.  I am thinking Monday will be that day for me sometime in the future but for now, its still just Monday.... :P

My mom went to Illinois, Tennessee, and Kentucky, Alabama this past week with my cousin Laura from Gainsville, Fla, her son Alex, daughter Madison, and another cousin Taylor also tagged along the trip was actually for Alex he had some sort of activity in Nashville to attend.

July 4th and after and before

Well America the beautiful has had another birthday!  Dusty and I celebrated with my folks, eating watermelon and having hamburgers off the grill.  they were d-lish. the watermelon was the best part, it set us back about ten bucks after all said and done the melon was $7 but had to get a bag of ice($2) to put over it in the cooler b/c the thing wouldn't fit in the refrigerator. we purchased it at a fruit stand on the way home from Florida.  we took vaca from sat June 27- July 2 at Navarre beach, Fla.  It was beautiful there, the water was free from oil, at least from what we could tell, but the last day there, we spotted a tar ball.  it was sooo sad!  i hate it for those poor sea creatures.  All in all the week was a success.  I hardly wanted to go back to work, but you know how that goes.  here are a few pictures from our trip. enjoy.
